ODM & OEM

Two Ways to Work With Us

Build to Brand, or Brand Our Build

Pick the path that fits your business. Both end with luminaires that carry your name and meet UK & EU rules.
OEM — Build to Your Spec
You bring the design, drawings, or a sample. We make it under your name, to your standard.
  • Private labelling & custom packaging
  • Exact spec build (driver, optics, housing)
  • Your files kept strictly confidential
ODM — Our Platform, Your Market
Start from our proven platforms. We tailor them to your market and put your brand on top.
  • Fastest route to a branded range
  • Adjust CCT, wattage, length, colour
  • Lower tooling cost, shorter lead time
How We Work

From Concept to Container

A clear six-step path lets you always know our stage and the next step.
STEP 01

Concept

Our concept starts with listening. We study the market, hear your ideas, and learn the pain points of the people who use the light. From this talk we shape the idea that drives product development. We reply within 24 hours with our first thoughts.
  • Market research
  • Customers’ ideas
  • End-user pain points
OEM process step 1 — concept
OEM process step 2 — product brief
STEP 02

Product Brief

Transform product ideas into a clear list of requirements: structure, optical and electrical parameters, protection level, driver, packaging, and target price. Before design starts, we confirm the client and team share the same goals.
  • Structure concept
  • Optical & electrical needs
  • Target price
STEP 03

R&D Design

The engineering team builds the product. They make 3D drawings, choose the optics and heat-dissipation parts, and test the electronics. Render images are sent for customer confirmation before tooling begins.
  • 3D drawings
  • Optics & heat dissipation
  • Render confirm before tooling
OEM process step 3 — R&D design
OEM process step 4 — tooling and samples
STEP 04

Tooling & Samples

We review the mould structure and start tooling. After trial moulding, we make the first samples. Samples are sent to you or signed off by our team.
  • Review mould structure
  • Trial mould & first samples
  • Customer / internal sign-off
STEP 05

Testing & Compliance

Samples are tested in our lab for safety, photometric and electrical parameters, and lifespan verification. We then submit to a third party for compliance review and certification.
  • Safety tests
  • Photometric & lifespan tests
  • Third-party compliance & certificates
OEM process step 5 — testing and compliance
OEM process step 6 — production and shipment
STEP 06

Production & Ship

We build in bulk with IQC, IPQC, and FQC checks at every stage. Every unit is tested before pack. Our logistics team assists with loading and shipment, with full documents and tracking. Re-orders are fast and steady.
  • IQC → IPQC → FQC
  • 100% tested before pack
  • Container to your port
