INJECTION MOLDING
To ensure scalable capacity and total quality control, we established our own in-house plastic injection workshop. We develop custom tooling and produce plastic diffusers and housings internally, including outer bodies for weatherproof battens and bulkheads.

SMT
In-house SMT assembly allows us to strictly control PCBA quality from the ground up. Managing our own placement lines ensures consistent module performance and enables agile, flexible manufacturing tailored to your dynamic order requirements.

ASSEMBLY LINES
Our assembly lines are operated by an experienced workforce following strict SOPs. This standardized process ensures consistent quality and delivers a monthly capacity of 300,000 units.

AGING TESTING
Every luminaire undergoes 100% burn-in testing to guarantee total operating reliability. Only products that pass full-load inspection are approved for packaging and shipment.

PACKAGING & WAREHOUSING
